El mejor campo de datos de frecuencia cardíaca que hay. En las pantallas pequeñas algunos datos se ven un poco pequeños y cuesta acostumbrarse pero tienes en pantalla toda la información. Rob buen trabajo y un tío muy atento respondiendo a las preguntas. Gracias un saludo.

Thanks for the feedback ChuchiCasar. Very much appreciated. I agree with you 100%, There's a lot of info in a very small space on the 520/820, but I find once you get used to which colour is for which zone, you don't really look at the numbers apart from the big one in the middle. Personally, I'd love to get my hands on an Edge 1030 device! Cheers, Rob.

Rob, this data field is a very goog app. I congratulate you. I'm using it in my Garmin Edge 520, but I have a small problem. I configure my heart rate zones based on the Heart Rate Reserve (HRR) developed by Karvonen, but I can see that the zone indicated by your app is based on the max HR or the LTR (I'm not sure on which, but I'm sure that it is not based on the HRR zones). Can the app work with the HRR zones configuration? Thanks

Hi jgpallero, thanks for the feedback. The zone calculations are all based on the LTHR value in the app settings. The MAX HR value is only used to provide an upper limit for the last zone. I will look into providing an HRR option in the settings, but I can't promise anything yet, as it may hit the memory limit on the 520, but I'll investigate. In the meantime, as a workaround, if you calculate out all your min and max BPM values for each of your zones (Microsoft Excel is your friend here) and then calculate each of those min and max values as a percentage of Max HR, that will give you the target min and max zone percentages to use in the app settings. If you then put your Max HR in the LTHR field, then that should give you what you're looking for. For example, using the Karvonen formula, MaxHR=195 (age adjusted), restHR = 65, zoneMin = 60%, zoneMax = 70%; HRR Zone min = 143 BPM, HRR zone max = 156 BPM. Min Zone as a percentage of Max HR = (143/195)*100 = 73, Max zone = (156/195)*100=80. So, you would use 73% (as the start of your zone) and 80% as the start of the next zone, in the app settings. Does that make sense?

Hi Loukas, as per the feedback on my TrainingPower app, can you please try setting the Text offset X & Y values in the settings page both to zero and see if that helps? Please send me a screenshot if you can as I don't have a 1030 device and there is a difference between what I see in the Garmin simulator and what is shown on an actual device.

Hi SpeedyAldo, Could you please check the Text Offset X & Y settings in the app settings page? If they are non-zero, could you please set both values to zero and see how that looks? Please let me know how you go. If you can, I'd love to see a screen shot as I don't have a 1030 device to test on - I have to rely on the garmin simulator and I've seen some differences between that and the Edge520 (which is the only device I have).
