Thanks for your review. Actually there was no update between Dec 2022 and the moment you wrote the review. Anyway, the explanation is in the description: If you prefer bigger buttons, tap and hold to switch to a mode with two pages. Do it again if you want to return to the one-page mode. In the two-page mode, press start to switch pages. The "=" button can also be used to change from the "numbers" page to the "operators" page. The buttons "AC", "+", "-", "*" and "/" can be used to change from the "operators" page to the "numbers" page.

The best calculator on the market. However, one day it changed by itself so that there are only numbers on the screen, no signs. There has been no update that would change anything. there are no settings AT ALL where I can change it back. Can not use it any more

Works perfectly on Fenix 7X. Actually very cool. As author wrote, if you touch and hold the screen, it will change to 2-page mode. Then, the keys are rather large and very usable. You toggle to the second screen by striking the "=" key. Example: For "2x3=", strike : 2 = x 3 =
