Can you make the background color user definable? I would prefer just white numbers on black background. The orange background makes it kind of hard to read.

In Vivoactive3 it just shows the internal temperature, that is about the skin surface temperature (31°C), completely useless. I have just found one app where the temperature is correct and it is included Gearmin Watchface, I guess it corrects the temperature by means of an offset, just an idea to improve your app

Yes, it shows internal temperature. It works as expected. Some people use watches on top of clothes. Some sleep in the tent, taking watches off the hand. Garmin native widget shows the same temperature. One star rating demotivates developers, remember it. Thanks for review.
