"HIIT Field" is a simple but useful High Intensity Interval Training timer.</p><p></p><p>Workout structure</p><p></p><p>A HIIT workout comprises a sequence of cycles composed of base cycles followed by a warmup and a cool down phase. Each base cycle is composed to a high insensitivity effort period followed by a moderate effort period. At the end of the base cycles, a rest is scheduled. A cycle is composed to the base cycles followed by the rest time. </p>
Version 1.1.0: Cool down time fixed.</p><p>Version 1.2.0: Progress bar which display the overall workout time remaining. Before starting the activity, the field display the overall workout time.</p><p>Version 1.3.0: The progress bar is placed as background of the data field. Better vibration settings.</p><p>Version 1.4.0: A colored arrow indicate the next cycle.</p><p>Version 1.5.0: Next cycle is announced with the symbols of an audio player (pause symbol, play symbol, fast forward)</p>
