i jus downloaded this face. does this track my steps as mive about my day or do i have to b n an activity, ie. walking exercise? also does this appl measure my heart rate without being n an activity? my email address is [email protected]

I report what the firmware says as far as steps, and you'll get them just walking around. It will also show steps if you are recording a walk, etc. As far as HR, it depends on which watch you have. If if has optical HR, you'll see your HR 24/7, but only will update every minute or two.

Another great "Simple" watch face! I wish I could change the order, and remove items I don't want, such as floors and distance. I'm having trouble deciding which Simple face I like best!
