What do you mean by "it won't appear" ? You don't see the application in the application list ? or you don't see your codes in the application ? First option, it's a Garmin issue and a don't know how to help you, you should install it like any other applications. Second option, you probably don't wait enough time (or your internet connection does not work) to synchronize your codes. I propose you to enable the "debug" mode in the app settings to see what happens when the app is starting. You can also write me by email using the "contact developer" link, it will be easier to answer you.

If I install app by Connect IQ via phone it was not working but after I uninstall by garmin express with computer and install again by connect IQ with computer it working again.

Simply doesn't work on Venu 2 Plus. Followed all the instructions. It's a bit of an awkward process to add barcodes / qr codes but I got through that, then added the token to settings and the watch displays IQ! with no way to get past that or access the barcodes on the watch.

Very useful and well working app, just keep in mind to enter the token just after the instalation as the first step. Various barcode types, no problems during shopping.

I also ran into the problem with the widget just displaying the IQ symbol on my Forerunner and "no barcode" on my Instinct 2. Accidentally, I pushed the "start" button again and entered a menu with all my bar codes. Happy again. On the Instinct 2, QR codes have to be rotated by 270 degrees. The only inconvenience is that my bar codes are stored nowhere, so whenever I want to add one, I have to enter and configure them all again.

Works perfect, just read the instructions, create a token, and write multiple codes, perfect for simple qr codes. It's really easy, if you just click on the instructions link.

Ce problème arrive depuis un moment sans que je sache vraiment pourquoi. Apparement, il survient après avoir modifié les paramètres de l'application sur certaines montres. La seule méthode de contournement actuellement connu est de réinstaller l'application et de faire le moins de modification possible dans les paramètres (uniquement modifier le jeton)

le problème que tu rencontres est lié au firmware des montres les plus récentes. Malheureusement, n'ayant pas de montre suffisement récente pour reproduire le problème il m'est très difficile de le corriger (le problèmes est apparu subitement il y a plus d'un an et je ne comprends toujours pas pourquoi). Le seul contournement connu actuellement, est de réinstaller l'application en modifiant le moins possible les paramètres de l'application. Il y a de nombreux commentaires expliquant cela mieux que moi. Si cela ne marche pas, il m'est malheureusement impossible de proposer d'autres alternatives pour le moment.

This is by far the best wallet and most comprehensive one. I‘ve tried all of them and they are crap, especially paid ones: either the barcode is too small, they can recognize either qr code or barcode, but not both. No other app can reproduce „matrix“. The IQ error, I was able to work around by reinstalling the app and set up the token right after installing it. I believe if you modify the settings of the app a second time, then you are stuck with that IQ error. Steps to perform: - uninstall the app - close the app IQConnect - reopen the app - install the wallet app and set the token right away - do not modify the settings anymore

In case of "IQ!" error, try uninstalling, reinstalling and enabling Debug mode. You may need more than a couple of tries. No need to restart phone (Android 12) or smartwatch (Fenix 6).
