IMPORTANT: there are some questions why the stopwatch milliseconds "jump" by a step of 20 and are not so "fluid" as in the past. The reason is battery consumption. This "jumping" allows for less screen updates and saves battery life. If you want to restore the old behavior, please go to the app settings and set the "Screen Refresh Rate" to "50".

StopWatch not running:

- Menu-/Select-key: start StopWatch
- Back-key: reset StopWatch / return to title screen
- hold Up-key: enter Lap list
- Down-key: navigate to timer view
- Up-key: change lap times to split times

StopWatch is running:

- Menu-/Select-key: stop StopWatch
- Back-key: add lap time
- hold Up-key: enter Lap list
- Up-key: change lap times to split times

Lap list:

- Up-/Down-key: scroll lap list up/down
- Select-key: toggle sort order (index, duration asc, duration desc)
- Back-key: return to StopWatch

Timer View:

- Menu key: activate navigation through hours/minutes/seconds. Pressing Select-key moves to next value. Pressing Down/Up-key changes value
- Select key starts/stops timer when no in selection mode
- when timer stopped Back-key resets the timer

Options:

- activate sounds on start/stop/splitting lap
- activate vibration on splitting lap
- stopwatch resolution (hours, milliseconds or both)
- activate sensor data
- choose sensor indicator for left/right side
- enable FIT file session storage. This will cause the "reset" of the stop watch to ask whether data should be stored to fit file or not

This app is also available as widget ("StopWatch Widget") making it possible to add it to the main carrousel. Please keep in mind that widgets are limited by the 1-minute-timeout taking the user back to the watch face when no activity is detected. Still the stop watch will work as expected as the state is preserved throughout leaving/entering the widget. Timer functionality not available in widget due to limitations for background processes.
