Utilises your Garmin Fitness Profile Heart Rate Zones (Kindly ensure your Garmin HR Zones are populated for the different activities - Swim / Bike / Run / Others).</p><p></p><p>In addition to showing your Current HR / % Max HR / Average HR / HR Zone as well as Time spent in each zone, you can also track the summary of the cumulative % time spent in each activity's Heart Rate throughout different periods (Caveat: In order to track this, this data field needs to used during each of the activity (even if you do not look at it during the activity but only wants the summary.)
