The watchface features bands which show the information:
- The minutes band in the middle incl. seconds indicator. The scale of the minutes can be selected in the Bands settings. Note that there is also an automatic mode to select which adapts the scale around the quarters automatically. Furthermore inactivity is shown around the minutes area with the option to swich it off 
- The notification band is the top band (note that the user can select in the settings whether this band is always shown, the activity bands are enlarged, the distance band (metric or statute depending on your watch settings) or a moon phase band is shown if  phone is not connected)
- The battery band is the bottom band (note: you can suppress the battery band by specifying a certain level in the settings. By doing so the other bands are either enlarged or you can optionally show an alternative band)
- 4 activity bands (steps in blue, floors climbed in green, intensity minutes in orange and calories burned in red)
- option to show distance, altitude, moon phase or countdown band instead of notification/battery band
- option to show a compact view for notifications and battery

The activity bands show also your daily goal if in sight by a larg circle. This goal circle is shown in activity color if the goal is not reached. If the goal of an activity band is reached the entire band is shown in band color (incl. the numbers) but the goal circle will be in foreground color then for better readability. The user can set for each activity whether the goal shall be shown permenantly (for better readability: the goal is clipped to the next possible scale). Permanent goals can be optionally shown more accurate by adding a "." and a ":" E. g. a .14k means that the goal is between 13750 and 14000. A :14k means the goal is between 13500 and 13750. It can also extend the string on the right. The step band can optionally show the monthly goal.

Furthermore the watchface features the clock hours as well as the current date in the top area of the watchface and a heartrate area on the bottom of the watchface. The left value shows the resting heartrate over night, the right one the average rest heartrate of one week. Give the watchface one or two days to show. A dot on the right hand side of the hours area shows optionally whether an alarm is set.

Furthermore the watchface will offer sunrise and sunset in the minutes area. Note: to get sunset and sunrise running you have to gather GPS signal by switching to the watchs activities (e. g. running). Otherwise the watchface shows only 0:0. This procedure is required only one time.

The watchface shows furthermore Indicators for how much days 3/4 goals reached successively in the hours and heartrate area.

Dieses Watchface bietet Bänder, die Folgendes zeigen:
- Minuten-Band in der Mitte inklusive Sekunden-Anzeiger. Die Skala der Minuten kann eingestellt werden. Hinweis: es gibt auch eine automatische Skala, die um die Stundenviertel angepasst wird. Weiterhin wird die Inaktivität um den Minutenbereich angezeigt. Die Inaktivitätsanzeige kann abgeschaltet werden
- Das Benachrichtigungsband ist das oberste Band (man kann wählen, ob das Band immer angezeigt wird, die anderen Aktivitätsbänder vergrössert oder ein Alternativband (Distanz, Mondphase, Höhe) angezeigt wird, wenn das Telefon nicht verbunden ist).
- Das Batterieband ist das unterste Band (auch hier hat man ähnliche Wahlmöglichkeiten wie beim Benachrichtigungsband: man kann einen Batteriestand einstellen, ab dem das Batterieband angezeigt wird. Wenn der aktuelle Batterie-Pegel höher ist, kann ein anderes Band angezeigt werden)
- 4 Aktivitätsbänder (Schritte in blau/lila, Treppen in grün, Intensitätsminuten in orange und verbrauchte Kalorien in rot)
- Option, um Distanz-, Höhen-, Mondphasen- oder Countdown-Band permanent anzuzeigen anstatt das Benachrichtigungs-/Batterie-Band
- Optional eine kompakte Benachrichtigungs-/Batterieanzeige

Die Aktivitätsbänder zeigen das tägliche Ziel durch einen grösseren Kreis, wenn es in Sichtweite ist. Dieser Kreis wird in Bandfarbe dargestellt, wenn das Ziel noch nicht erreicht ist. Wenn das Ziel erreicht ist, dann wird das komplette Band in Bandfarbe dargestellt (davor sind die Zahlen in Band-Vordergrundfarbe), der Zielekreis aber in Vordergrundfarbe (für bessere Lesbarkeit). Das ganze ist sehr intuitiv designed. Für jede Aktivität kann man getrennt einstellen, ob das Ziel dauerhaft angezeigt werden soll. Zur besseren Lesbarkeit wird das Ziel auf den nächstmöglichen Skalawert gerundet. Wegen dieser Rundung kann man optional eine genauere Darstellung einfordern, und es wird ein "." oder ein ":" davor bzw. danachgestellt. Z. B. bedeutet ein .14k ein Ziel zwischen 13750 und 14000. Ein :14k bedeutet, das Ziel liegt zwischen 13500 und 13750. "." und ":" kann natürlich auch rechts stehen. Das Schrittband kann optional das monatliche Ziel zeigen.

Natürlich bietet das Watchface auch die Uhrzeit-Stunden sowie das heutige Datum in dem obersten Bereich. Im untersten Bereich wird die momentane Herzfrequenz gezeigt - links davon die niedrigste Herzfrequenz über Nacht und rechts davon die durchschnittlich niedrigste der letzten 7 Tage. Diese braucht ein oder zwei Tage, bis ein Wert angezeigt wird. Ein Punkt rechts im oberen Stundenbereich zeigt optional an, ob ein Alarm gesetzt ist.

Das Watchface zeigt weiterhin Sonnenaufgangs- und -Untergrangszeit im Minutenbereich. Hinweis: um diese Zeiten angezeigt zu bekommen, muss man einmalig GPS-Signal bekommen, indem man kurz auf eine Aktivität (z. B. Running) schaltet. Andernfalls zeigt das Watchface nur 0:0 an. 
Das Watchface zeigt zus. Indikatoren an, an wie vielen Tagen hintereinander 3 bzw. 4 Ziele erreicht wurden, und zwar in dem Stunden bzw. Herzfrequenz-Bereich.

Weiterhin bietet das Watchface zahlreiche Einstellungen, um ein Thema selbst zu kreieren. Oft muss man danach einzelne Farben per Hand nachjustieren (wenn man z. B. den Zufallsgenerator verwendet).
