A simple app that allows you to enter a latitude/longitude and display a map, with that location centered.  You can also have the app start up GPS and use your current location.

Pressing "Menu" (long press up) gives you the options of using GPS, setting the latitude, longitude, and default map size.

Only available for devices with on-board maps.
