Please update your device to the latest SW. Open widget with the START button from the widget carousel. Widgets that are visible as Glances in Garmin design cannot be refreshed on some devices. As developers, we cannot update screen, if API does not allow it.

Is it battery consuming?

It uses sensor data. Widget does not work indefinitely, so it does not consume more than GPS and screen backlight.

Thank you for review. If some issues found with the compass, it means your device provides the incorrect data. This app only displays 10 times per second the values from device.

Blame Garmin, not us as 3rd party developers. It is Garmin design, and it is built in many devices they produce. Main idea is to have energy efficient device that do not consume energy in widget mode. Thank you for high rating, all the best for you!

Works, BUT drains battery too much even when not used (on my forerunner 245 at least). Would love the widget if it wouldn't drain the battery that much.

Please contact Garmin - probably you have faulty battery, this is not due to widget. Garmin closes any widget after usage.

Please send us more information about your device via Contact Developer form. On devices with 5 buttons (like fenix/forerunner) you need to press START few times to change between different formats. On sensor-screen devices please double tap to change view.
