Your Liftava workout on your wrist. Start a workout in the Liftava app on your Android phone and the watch shows your next set with its weight and reps, counts down your rest and measures your heart rate.

• Done ticks off the set, just as on the phone
• +30 s and Skip control the rest, and the watch buzzes when it is over
• The next set follows your workout's order, supersets included, with the weights from your plan or your last session
• Your heart rate during the workout: the phone saves it with the workout and shows its average, maximum and curve
• Every workout is saved as a strength training activity in Garmin Connect, with the heart rate, zones and calories Garmin works out (or Liftava sends it to Health Connect, if you choose so in the app)

Keep the app open during your workout. Liftava is a gym log for strength training with progress charts for every lift and weekly quests built from your own training. The watch app needs the Liftava app on an Android phone (Google Play), connected to the watch through Garmin Connect. It does not use the internet: what it measures goes to your phone and, as an activity, to Garmin Connect.
