This simple data field shows the maximum heart rate reached during the previous lap. This is a standard single-value data field, and it can be added as a field to existing activity data screens.</p><p></p><p>This data field can be especially useful during interval workouts when you want to review the maximum HR achieved during (and only during) the previous work segment.
