I have garmin 935! Just doesn’t work!!! It doesn’t even appear in Garmin Connect as how many times I downloaded the app already!!

I have a forerunner 935 and I downloaded the app several weeks ago and it was working terrific! very helpful with complex training and easy to set up on the go. All of a sudden the apps stopped loading the workouts.... Is was showing the downloading workouts screen and once you select the workout the loading screen start running and comes back tot he loaded workout menu without starting any workout. I reseted my watch, re-installed the apps and still not working... my training load is decreasing for all the time I´m loosing to try to make it work. Very disappointing!!

I also get "Please connect your phone and open the Connect Mobile App" error. I have unpaired and paired again the watch several times. There should be a "reset connection" option somewhere

Works just fine with the Garmin 935 Forerunner. Massive massive help for complex workouts like mixed intervals. If the workout stops downloading then it is probably because you have to delete all the other other stored workouts as I have found over the last two weeks. I just followed the help as shown in the link below and it was fine. Again, great app that has been a massive help. Thanks.

It just doesn't work. impossible to upload workouts wireless to Fenix 5X. very disappointing.

I use to like the app on my 820 but now that I have the 1030, just crash all the time! Sometimes, I have to restart the 1030 and then crash again, once on 10x, it works but crash after the first part of the training and I loose everything...

Once you are performing the workout you are back in Garmin's workout app, which is the app that is crashing. Make sure that you are using the lastest firmware, if that does not help then contact our Customer Success Team and we will gather some information from you to pass along to Garmin.

I have a Garmin935 and am getting the same issue as many on this forum. Was working prefectly until a week ago, now the daily workout will not download but goes back to the TrainingPeaks logo after saying it is downloading. I have no other workouts stored on the device so not a capacity issue. Seems there is a wider issue, and telling each person to contact the customer service team isn't a great outcome. A bug that needs fixing??

We know that this is a very frustrating problem and are working with Garmin to come up with a fix within the Connect IQ platform itself. The most common cause of the behaviour you are experiencing is that there are either too many workouts stored on the device, which is different than having too many activities saved on the device, or there was a communication error between the Garmin device and the Garmin app on your mobile device. Unfortunately in both cases our app is not receiving the workout file nor an appropriate error message.We ask that users write in to our support team so we can gather additional information about your Garmin device and the make/model of your mobile device, so that we may pass on to Garmin. We also suggest trying the troubleshooting step listed here.
