Before the match
- Start the app before you warm up. You first choose whether to track the warmup, then the rules: Sets (1, 3, 5, Endless or Pro Set), Deuce Breaker (Advantages, Golden Point or Star Point) and Track Server (Both teams, My team or None).
- If you track the warmup, it starts now: your heart rate and elapsed time are on screen. Press Start when you are done.
Who serves first
- Choose the Starting Team and, for each tracked team, the 1st Server: Left Player, Right Player or Random. This is how Padelar follows the serve rotation all match.
During the match
- The scoreboard shows Team A on top and Team B below, with Sets, Games and Points. The court shows who is serving and from which side.
- Point for Team A: Up button, or tap the left half of the screen.
- Point for Team B: Down button, or tap the right half.
- Undo the last point: Back button.
- On a Golden Point or a Star Point no side is highlighted, because the receiving team chooses where to receive.
- The Menu button lets you resume, end or reset the match, switch between custom and default team names, and open the help screen.
After the match
- Padelar shows the winner and the final score, then asks whether to save the activity. The match — score, sets, games and heart rate — lands in Garmin Connect alongside your others.

Antes do jogo
- Abre a aplicação antes de aqueceres. Primeiro escolhes se queres registar o aquecimento e depois as regras: Sets (1, 3, 5, Sem fim ou Proset), Desempate (Vantagens, Ponto de Ouro ou Ponto estrela) e Seguir serviço (Ambas as equipas, Minha equipa ou Nenhuma).
- Se registares o aquecimento, ele começa agora: vês a tua frequência cardíaca e o tempo. Carrega em Start quando terminares.
Quem serve primeiro
- Escolhe a Equipa inicial e, para cada equipa que estejas a seguir, o 1º a servir: Jogador Esquerdo, Jogador Direito ou Aleatório. É assim que o Padelar segue a rotação do serviço durante todo o jogo.
Durante o jogo
- O marcador mostra a Equipa A em cima e a Equipa B em baixo, com Sets, Jogos e Pontos. O campo indica quem serve e de que lado.
- Ponto para a Equipa A: botão Cima ou toca na metade esquerda do ecrã.
- Ponto para a Equipa B: botão Baixo ou toca na metade direita.
- Anular o último ponto: botão Voltar.
- Num Ponto de Ouro ou Ponto estrela não fica nenhum lado marcado, porque é a equipa que recebe que escolhe onde receber.
- O botão Menu permite retomar, terminar ou reiniciar o jogo, alternar entre nomes personalizados e predefinidos, e abrir a ajuda.
No fim
- O Padelar mostra o vencedor e o resultado e pergunta se queres guardar a atividade. O jogo (pontuação, sets, jogos e frequência cardíaca) fica no Garmin Connect com as tuas outras atividades.

Antes del partido
- Abre la aplicación antes de calentar. Primero eliges si quieres registrar el calentamiento y después las reglas: Sets (1, 3, 5, Sin fin o ProSet), Desempate (Ventajas, Punto de oro o Punto estrella) y Seguir al sacador (Ambos equipos, Mi equipo o Ninguno).
- Si registras el calentamiento, empieza ahora: verás tu frecuencia cardíaca y el tiempo. Pulsa Start al terminar.
Quién saca primero
- Elige el Equipo inicial y, para cada equipo que sigas, el 1er saque: Revés, Derecha o Aleatorio. Así Padelar sigue la rotación del saque todo el partido.
Durante el partido
- El marcador muestra al Equipo A arriba y al Equipo B debajo, con Sets, Juegos y Puntos. La pista indica quién saca y desde qué lado.
- Punto para el Equipo A: botón Arriba o toca la mitad izquierda de la pantalla.
- Punto para el Equipo B: botón Abajo o toca la mitad derecha.
- Deshacer el último punto: botón Atrás.
- En un Punto de oro o un Punto estrella no se marca ningún lado, porque el equipo que resta elige dónde recibir.
- El botón Menú te permite reanudar, finalizar o reiniciar el partido, cambiar entre nombres personalizados y predeterminados, y abrir la ayuda.
Al terminar
- Padelar muestra el ganador y el resultado, y te pregunta si quieres guardar la actividad. El partido (tanteo, sets, juegos y frecuencia cardíaca) aparece en Garmin Connect junto al resto.

Prima della partita

Avant le match

- Punkt für Team A: Hoch-Taste oder linke Bildschirmhälfte.
- Punkt für Team B: Runter-Taste oder rechte Bildschirmhälfte.
- Letzten Punkt zurücknehmen: Zurück-Taste.
- Bei einem Golden Point oder Star Point wird keine Seite hervorgehoben, weil das annehmende Team entscheidet, wo es annimmt.
- Über die Menü-Taste kannst du das Spiel fortsetzen, beenden oder zurücksetzen, zwischen eigenen und Standard-Teamnamen wechseln und die Hilfe öffnen.
Nach dem Spiel
- Padelar zeigt Sieger und Endstand und fragt, ob die Aktivität gespeichert werden soll. Das Spiel – Punktestand, Sätze, Spiele und Herzfrequenz – landet in Garmin Connect neben deinen übrigen Aktivitäten.

Vóór de wedstrijd

Tijdens de wedstrijd
- Het scorebord toont Team A boven en Team B daaronder, met Sets, Games en Punten. De baan laat zien wie serveert en van welke kant.
- Punt voor Team A: Omhoog-knop of linkerhelft van het scherm.
- Punt voor Team B: Omlaag-knop of rechterhelft.
- Laatste punt ongedaan maken: Terug-knop.
- Bij een Golden Point of Star Point wordt geen kant gemarkeerd, omdat het ontvangende team kiest waar het de service ontvangt.
- Met de Menu-knop hervat, beëindig of reset je de wedstrijd, wissel je tussen eigen en standaard teamnamen en open je de help.
Na de wedstrijd
- Padelar toont de winnaar en de eindstand en vraagt of je de activiteit wilt opslaan. De wedstrijd – stand, sets, games en hartslag – komt in Garmin Connect naast je andere activiteiten.
