Race Fuel Timer turns your race nutrition plan into a glanceable, hands-free
coach. Data fields can't read buttons, so it works on a schedule: set your gel
and drink cadence once, then just run.

THE HERO: a big countdown to your NEXT GEL. When it hits zero, the screen
flips to a bold "GEL — TAKE NOW" alert and your watch vibrates. Then the timer
cycles automatically to the next one. No tapping, no math.

WHAT YOU SEE
- NEXT GEL: large countdown (mm:ss) plus your gel cadence ("every 25 min").
- DRINK: a second countdown in blue for your hydration interval.
- CARBS: your live carbohydrate rate in g/h, computed from your plan.
- Bottom line: elapsed time, gels taken, fluid taken (L) — all on one line.

PRESETS (one tap)
- Marathon, Ultra, Triathlon, HYROX, or Custom. Each preset sets your gel
  interval, drink interval, carbs per gel and drink volume. Pick Custom to dial
  in your own numbers.

FUELING ALERTS
- Vibration + tone when a gel is due (a strong buzz) and when a drink is due (a
  short double-tap). Each fires once per cycle, never flutters. Turn alerts off
  any time.

FIT RECORDING
- Your cumulative carbohydrate intake (g) is written into the activity FIT
  file, so you can review your fueling alongside pace and heart rate in Garmin
  Connect after the race.

Race Fuel Timer macht aus deinem Verpflegungsplan einen mit einem Blick
erfassbaren, freihaendigen Coach. Datenfelder lesen keine Tasten, also laeuft
alles zeitplan-basiert: Gel- und Trink-Kadenz einmal setzen, dann nur noch
laufen.

DER HELD: ein grosser Countdown bis zum NAECHSTEN GEL. Bei null springt der
Screen auf einen klaren "GEL — JETZT NEHMEN"-Alarm und die Uhr vibriert. Danach
zyklt der Timer automatisch weiter. Kein Tippen, kein Rechnen.

WAS DU SIEHST
- NEXT GEL: grosser Countdown (mm:ss) plus deine Gel-Kadenz ("alle 25 min").
- TRINKEN: ein zweiter Countdown in Blau fuer dein Trink-Intervall.
- CARBS: deine Live-Kohlenhydrat-Rate in g/h, aus deinem Plan berechnet.
- Untere Zeile: verstrichene Zeit, genommene Gels, getrunkene Menge (L) — alles
  in einer Zeile.

PRESETS (ein Tipp)
- Marathon, Ultra, Triathlon, HYROX oder Eigene. Jedes Preset setzt
  Gel-Intervall, Trink-Intervall, Carbs pro Gel und Trinkmenge. Mit "Eigene"
  stellst du deine eigenen Werte ein.

VERPFLEGUNGS-ALARME
- Vibration + Ton, wenn ein Gel faellig ist (kraeftiger Buzz) und wenn Trinken
  faellig ist (kurzer Doppel-Tipp). Jeder feuert einmal pro Zyklus, ohne
  Flattern. Alarme jederzeit abschaltbar.

FIT-AUFZEICHNUNG
- Deine kumulative Kohlenhydrat-Aufnahme (g) wird in die Aktivitaets-FIT
  geschrieben. So siehst du nach dem Rennen in Garmin Connect deine Verpflegung
  neben Pace und Herzfrequenz.
