  HOW TO USE:
  
  1. Launch the app from your activities/apps menu.
  2. The dial shows your current cortisol/stress score.
  3. Tap the screen or press the START button to toggle the "Low Cortisol Song" melody.
  4. Swipe UP/DOWN on the screen or press the physical UP/DOWN bezel buttons to switch between Dark and Light mode
