Name: Rythmo Respiratory Rate Counter
Rating: 5 (2 reviews)
Author: Rythmo

Tap once per breath and read a live respiratory rate on your wrist.

Watch the chest and tap the screen, or press the start key, once for each breath. A rate per minute appears from the second tap and sharpens with every tap after it. Taps are silent.

Rythmo uses the tap-per-breath (tap-bpm) method from the peer reviewed literature (Karlen et al, PLoS One, 2014): the median of your tap intervals, with inconsistent taps left out. A confidence indicator moves from red to amber to green as consistent taps build up, and an Irregular label appears from 10 taps if the gaps keep varying.

The menu holds Reset, History with your last 10 readings, and Clear history.

No phone connection, no account, no data collection. Readings stay on the watch.

Rythmo calculates a rate from the taps you enter. It uses no sensors, does not detect breathing, and does not diagnose or recommend treatment. It is not a substitute for clinical assessment or your local guidelines.
