Name: Fastmark – Intermittent Fasting Timer
Author: SmallHoursApps

Fastmark is a dependable intermittent-fasting timer for your Garmin watch. It's completely free: no ads, no trial, no unlock codes, no account.

ONE BUTTON
Press START to begin a fast. Press it again to end it. On touch watches, tap the centre. While you're fasting, START asks how to end (now, at an earlier time, keep going or discard), so a stray press never ends a long fast.

FORGOT TO PRESS? FIX IT
Started your fast at dinner but only opened the app at bedtime? Use "Started earlier" or "Edit start time". Ended it an hour ago? Choose "Ended earlier". Every saved fast in the history can have its start and end edited, or be deleted.

ANY PLAN
Presets for 12:12, 13:11, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD (23:1), plus 24, 36, 48 and 72 hours, or any custom target up to 7 days. Changing the target mid-fast (on the watch or in the Connect IQ app) updates the running fast.

REMINDERS THAT RESPECT YOUR SLEEP
• "Fast goal reached" when your target is up.
• "Eating window closes soon" for daily plans (30 minutes before by default).
• On newer watches the reminder has buttons: end or start your fast without opening the app.
• Never while Do Not Disturb is on; the reminder waits until it's off.

AT A GLANCE
• Big timer with a progress ring, time left or time past your goal, and when you started.
• Simple time markers (8h+, 12h+, 16h+, over a day…) that only describe elapsed time.
• Glance view, plus an "Hours fasted" complication for compatible watch faces.
• Stats: the last 7 fasts as a chart, average, longest, goals met and streak.

YOUR HISTORY IS SAFE
Up to 100 fasts are kept on the watch and carried over when the app updates.

HEALTH NOTE
Fasting isn't right for everyone. Talk to your doctor before you start, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have diabetes or another medical condition, take medication, or have had an eating disorder. Fastmark is a timer, not medical advice, and makes no health claims. Drink water, and stop fasting and get help if you feel unwell. Fasts over 24 hours show an extra caution first.

HONEST LIMITATION
Garmin doesn't let third-party apps write to Garmin Connect, so your fasting history stays on your watch.

Private and battery-friendly: no GPS, no sensors, no web requests, no data leaves your watch. The background process only wakes when a reminder is due (and hourly during a fast, to keep the complication fresh). The "Communication & Data Transmission" permission only lets compatible watch faces show your "Hours fasted" number on the watch itself.
