The documentation is on bit.ly/garminiq select DATAFIELD page and select DF4TRAIL 

This DataFields allows simultaneous display on the same screen up to 9 data and information on both   power of GPS
Ideal for trail with steep incline (D + and D- Altitude )
The average speed and instantaneous speed
The distance , the length of the trail and time
If you have a chest strap , heart rate
 
 
For watch without barometer (230, 235 and 630), the D+ and D- are perhaps not the reality. Only the GPS give this information, and the D+ is not good if you have also glonass
## Install Instructions

A Data Field needs to be set up within the settings for a given activity (like Run)

* Long Press UP

* Settings

* Apps

* Trail Run (for example)

* Data Screens

* Screen 1 or 2 ... what you want

* Layout

* Select single field

* Field 1

* Select ConnectIQ Fields

* Select Df4Trail

* Long Press Down to go back to watch face

1)Connect your watch to computer

2) start garmin Express

3) manage applications, select Data Fields...

* (Don't forget to UNINSTALL (suppress) and INSTALL the last version (Select through Garmin Express)
