Track multipitch, sport, bouldering, indoor, and ice climbing as proper FIT activities that sync to Garmin Connect — with pitch-by-pitch breakdowns, vertical gain, climb-vs-belay time, grades, ascent style, and post-session analytics.

Disciplines:
    *Multipitch — automatic + manual pitch segmentation, vertical gain per pitch, pitch count, climb-vs-belay time split, approach & descent phases
    * Sport — send/attempt, ascent style (onsight/flash/redpoint), lead vs top-rope, route grade
    * Bouldering — attempt counter, send %, rest timers, per-problem grade & ascent style (no GPS)
    * Indoor — heart rate + time-on-wall for gym sessions (no GPS)
    * Ice — WI/AI/M grades, built on the multipitch pitch engine
    * Hangboard — Max Hangs, Repeaters, and custom grip strength protocols with added or removed weight. 

Under the hood:
