Our Connect IQ app will allow you to quickly and easily sync your workouts to your device, as well as log your wellness ratings and weight.

Please note: If you have syncing issues, this may be due to storage limitations. Garmin devices have a limited amount of storage space to keep scheduled workouts. If that storage gets full, you will have issues syncing workouts across from your Today's Plan Calendar. If that is the case, please contact support@todaysplan.com.au for information on how to clear out the old workout files
