A simple meditation timer based on the Transcendental Meditation technique. It has three phases: Preparation, Meditation and Return, set at 1, 20 and 3 minutes by default, which you can change. A gentle vibration will mark the end of a phase and continue to the next phase for minimal distraction. It will record the activity as meditation in Garmin Connect and keep track of your heart rate and breathing.

Un timer de meditación simple basado en la técnica de Meditación Trascendental. Permite configurar las fases de preparación, meditación y retorno, establecidas por defecto en 1, 20 y 3 minutos, respectivamente, aunque pueden modificarse. Te avisa suavemente mediante una vibración cuando termina cada fase y continúa automáticamente con la siguiente para minimizar las distracciones. Registra la actividad como meditación en Garmin Connect y realiza un seguimiento de tu frecuencia cardíaca y respiración.
