BodyCharge analyzes your Body Battery and sleep state to find the optimal time to wake you up within your chosen time window. It gently wakes you so you feel more rested and energized.

How it works?

When your Body Battery crosses the set threshold within your active time window, Bodycharge plays a vibration/sound alarm (respecting a 10-minute debounce).

Settings (in-app MENU):
-Alarm status: On/Off.
-Upper threshold: Choose e.g., 60 / 80 / 90 / 95 / 100.
-Lower threshold: Off, or 5–70 (step 5).
-Alarm type: Vibration / Sound / Both.
-Sound length: Short / Long.
-Light sleep wake: Only trigger if the watch reports light sleep mode.
-Active time window: Start–End hour (00-00 - all day longt). 
-Screen dim after 5s: On/Off (keeps the app running with a black screen to save battery during night).
-Test alarm: Play your current alarm pattern.

Notes & limitations

-For reliable overnight alerts, leave the app open overnight. Background execution on some devices may be delayed by the system on some devices.
-The screen auto-dims after 5 seconds to a black, low-power view, so battery use is minimal while the app keeps running.
