Keep your workouts intense, interesting and unpredictable by using a deck of playing cards to structure your workout.

Exercises are mapped to each suit.  Perform the number of reps of each exercise as determined by the value of each card while trying to complete the deck in as little time as possible.  Successive high value cards of the same suit are part of the fun!  Looking for greater difficulty?  Add a multiplier.  Select different card deck configuration such as only face cards, only numeric cards, only red cards, or only black cards.  Add a warm-up or cool-down period.

Default exercises are: Squats, Push-ups, Crunches and Pullups...and Burpees.

Exercises, Multipliers and Card values can be customized within the Connect application.

The start button shuffles the deck and begins the workout.  The lap button draws the next card.

Exercises can be customized through the Garmin Connect IQ Mobile app.
