Readinity brings RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) speed reading to your wrist. A single word flashes in the center of the screen at the pace you choose, so your eyes never move and you can read while walking the dog, waiting in line, riding the train, or resting between sets. No scrolling, no zooming, no squinting at a tiny page.

WHY IT WORKS
Your eyes spend most of their "reading" time jumping between words, not actually reading. RSVP eliminates that movement by parking every word in the exact same spot. Trained readers reach 400–700 words per minute this way with no loss in comprehension.

BRING YOUR OWN TEXT (SUPPORTER)
Paste any article, poem, or passage (up to about 2,000 characters) into the app settings in the Garmin Connect mobile app and Readinity will display it. A companion phone app for syncing longer texts is planned for a future update.

CONTROLS
• START or center tap — play / pause
• DOWN, or bottom-of-screen tap — skip forward 10 words
• UP, or top-of-screen tap — skip back 10 words
• MENU — options (restart, skip, speed info)

Readinity is free with a 250 WPM cap, the four bundled samples, and standard rendering. A one-time supporter key unlocks higher speeds (up to 800 WPM), custom pasted text, the red ORP focal letter, and dark theme. Keys help fund development and keep the app ad-free, tracker-free, and account-free.

TIPS
• Start at 200 WPM if you're new to RSVP. Bump up when it feels comfortable.
• The red ORP letter is doing real work — let your eye relax on it.
• Punctuation pauses are on by default; turn them off in settings for raw words-per-minute drilling.
