A simple data field showing the current speed in miles per hour to one decimal place. 

Compared to the standard speed field, the label has been removed and the font is at the maximum available. This data field will also only show miles per hour and is not influenced by the unit setting on your device.

I removed the label to allow for a larger font, it takes up too much space and I find it unnecessary. I use both this and my other 'Large Speed KPH' data field at the same time and position them side by side at the top of my main page. I cycle on roads that have MPH limits, but my cycling brain works in kilometers. 

Feel free to suggest other fields for the label removal and max font treatment.
