Lemon Fast is a simple fasting timer for your Garmin watch. Track your current fast, check elapsed time, and store completed fasts as activities to the Garmin Connect calendar.

Lemon Fast is designed to be lightweight, clean, and compatible with a wide range of Garmin devices.

During fasts, the app is completely closed and does not use any additional battery. It is possible to track other activities while fasts are in progress

**Features:**
  • Adjust the start time of the current fast
  • Set the desired fasting duration 
  • Customize colors
  • Save fasts as activities to Garmin Connect
  • No increased battery drain.

**Usage:**
  • Press START to start a fast
  • Press START again to save, edit or discard fasts
  • Hold UP or SWIPE LEFT to enter app settings

**Additional Information:**
  • Fasts are stored as generic activities
  • Fasts are wrapped in dummy activities
  • Fasts are saved on the calendar day they end
  • Activity name: "Fast complete: 17h 5min"
