Create and manage reminders without accounts, cloud storage or unnecessary distractions. Reminders, history, hydration data and scheduling information stay locally on your device.

OVERDUE AND UPCOMING
The main screen separates reminders into:
* Overdue reminders waiting for action
* Upcoming reminders
Overdue reminders can be completed or snoozed directly from the main screen.
Upcoming reminders can be completed for the displayed occurrence or opened for more options.
Past and completed reminders remain available separately and can be deleted individually or cleared together.

ALERT ACTIONS

When a standard reminder becomes due, you can:

* Snooze
* Dismiss
Hydration reminders open directly into the Water Intake screen so you can record the drink without going through another in-app alert menu.

DAILY PLAN

Build simple daily timelines directly on the watch.
* Configure up to 3 days
* Add up to 10 entries per day
* Use titles up to 20 characters
* Set entries as one-time or weekly repeating
* Review the selected day in chronological order
Existing recurring reminders remain visible as context and are not replaced by Daily Plan.

HYDRATION

Track daily water intake and configure reminder frequency.
* Daily hydration goal
* Small, medium and large quick-add amounts
* Intake correction
* ml or oz display
* 90, 180 or 240 minute reminder options
* Automatic reminder suppression when the daily goal is reached
If intake is corrected below the goal, hydration reminders resume.

MEDICATION

Create medication reminders using:

Custom courses support a start time, repeat interval and duration.

BIRTHDAYS

Store up to 10 birthday reminders.
Birthdays repeat yearly at 09:00 local time. February 29 birthdays automatically use February 28 in non-leap years.

The compact view shows:

* Earliest overdue reminder
* Next upcoming reminder
* Live countdown

SYSTEM HEALTH

System Health shows:
* Active reminder usage
* Overdue queue usage
* Estimated storage usage
* Recent automatic archive activity
It also provides actions to clear history or complete overdue reminders in bulk.

SETTINGS

Reminders and Daily Plans are created and managed directly on the watch.
Additional preferences are available through the companion app settings, including snooze duration, hydration units, hydration goal, drink amounts, hydration frequency and currency.

No account or cloud storage is required.
