This data field estimates your VO2 consumption and VO2max during the Garmin XC Classic Ski or XC Skate Ski or XC Ski Indoor activity. This app is in a beta test stage.  Please give me your feedback so that I can improve the accuracy.

# Features
* Displays current oxygen consumption (VO2) in ml/kg/min
* Saves VO2 graph to the activity session record in Garmin Connect
* Saves estimated VO2max in ml/kg/min to the activity session record in Garmin Connect

NOTE: A Garmin HRM-Fit™, HRM-Pro™, or HRM-Pro™ Plus chest heart rate strap is required or outdoor skiing.  A compatible Concept2 SkiErg machine is required for XC indoor skiing.  Note that some Garmin models only support XC indoor skiing.  See the link below for details. Also a Garmin software update may be required.
For a more accurate VO2max result, your activity session should include exercise intensities in different heart rate zones (for example, low end zone 3, medium range zone 3, high end zone 3, zone 4)
