Warm Up Power Trial

Trial access lasts 24 hours from installation. If the device does not supply the installation event, the period starts on first launch. The app shows the expiry and timing basis. After expiry, new sessions are blocked; a session already started can be finished. There is no saved-log count limit.

Prepare for your next training session with a guided warm-up on your Garmin AMOLED watch.

30 distinct exercises include dynamic ankle, hip, shoulder and chest mobility, leg swings, calf raises, squats, balance, floor mobility and movement rehearsal. Each exercise has a male and female demonstration; choose your demonstrator in Settings.

Choose a sport or muscle group, one of three difficulty levels, a 5, 8 or 12 minute duration, and one of three intensities. A routine contains 8, 10 or 12 different exercise segments. Balanced and mobility options, favorites and local history help you return to your preferred warm-up. Jumping jacks are limited to advanced routines above light intensity.

Large rows, a countdown and a progress ring guide each session. The ring is orange during an exercise and cyan during the five-second transition. Long labels scroll inside their own area. Exercise cues use up to two lines. Animation, descriptions and vibration can be switched off separately.

In-app languages: English, simplified Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, French, Portuguese, Russian, Indonesian, German, Japanese and Lithuanian. The app follows a supported watch language on first launch. You can also select a language in Settings.

Controls: tap a row to select, swipe vertically to scroll, and swipe right or use BACK to return. Supported watch buttons provide selection and navigation. During an exercise, open Pause to resume, skip, or finish. Finish offers Save or Discard.

Save a complete or partial session as a Garmin Training / Generic activity using ActivityRecording. Performed movements, time and completion are written as FIT developer fields and laps. These do not create Garmin's standard exercise/sets table. Custom-field display in Garmin Connect depends on Store configuration and Garmin clients.

Requires a supported AMOLED profile with Connect IQ API 5.0 or later. Preferences, favorites and history are stored on the watch. The app uses Background for the trial installation event, and Fit / FitContributor for activity recording and additional FIT fields. It does not use developer servers, an external account, GPS permission or internet access. Garmin handles saved activity synchronization according to your device/account settings.

If you want to get the Pro version, search the Connect IQ Store for "Warm Up Power Pro".
