Breathing too fast can hinder your recovery from exercise. This app helps you train your breathing to slow down. When the app is started it will count down from 10 and give a vibrate pulse. This is the signal to start breathing in. Always a shallow relaxed breath for 2 seconds. Never hold your breath here, breath out immediately for 3 seconds. Now hold for 5 seconds until the next cycle. This is done for 6 breaths a minute for 10 minutes. This should give you a relaxing feeling, if not do not continue. Stop if you experience discomfort.
