VO2max 4x4 is a data field specifically designed for structured VO2max interval training on compatible Garmin Edge cycling computers.

The data field guides you through a classic 4 x 4 minute VO2max workout and displays the most important training information on a single screen, allowing you to concentrate on your power and intervals.

VO2max 4x4 ist ein speziell für strukturierte VO2max-Intervalle entwickeltes Datenfeld für kompatible Garmin Edge Fahrradcomputer.

Das Datenfeld führt dich übersichtlich durch ein klassisches 4 x 4 Minuten VO2max-Training. Während des Trainings werden die wichtigsten Informationen direkt auf einer Seite dargestellt, sodass du dich auf deine Leistung und das Intervall konzentrieren kannst.

Die normale Garmin-Aktivitätsaufzeichnung und das VO2max-Workout laufen unabhängig voneinander. Dadurch kann die Garmin-Aktivität bereits laufen, bevor das Workout im Datenfeld gestartet wird. Nach dem Ende des Workouts kann die normale Garmin-Aufzeichnung weiterlaufen.
