HOW TO PLAY A SESSION

1. Launch the app and choose your environment (Indoor or Outdoor).
2. Select the starting server for the first match (A1, B1, A2, or B2).
3. Score points using the physical UP & DOWN buttons.
4. When a 24-point match concludes, press START to either:
   - Start "Next Match" (resets score to 0:0 and starts a new match while continuing the SAME workout session).
   - "Save & Exit" (saves the complete workout to Garmin Connect).
