Une application qui permet de se relaxer en faisant baisser sa fréquence cardiaque par des phases de respirations définies.
Elle permet également de vérifier sa cohérence cardiaque, qui mesure les écarts entre chaque fréquence successive.
Plus la cohérence est élevée et plus il y a de calme intérieur, plus elle est faible et plus il y a d’agitation intérieure.
Cette technique est de plus en plus utilisée par les sportifs avant une compétition ou une épreuve sportive afin de s’y préparer au mieux.

L'application calcule également l'Arythmie Sinusale Respiratoire (RSA) moyenne pour l'exercice, et stocke toutes les valeurs de RSA pour obtenir votre RSA moyen sur l'ensemble de vos exercices.

Principe de l’application: partir d’une fréquence cardiaque initiale et tendre vers une fréquence inférieure à l’issue de l’exercice, sous forme de respiration relaxante.
- l’écran affiche à gauche la fréquence cardiaque au démarrage de l’application et, à droite, la fréquence actuelle. Vous pouvez démarrer l’exercice à tout moment par appui sur la touche START
- en appuyant sur START, vous lancer la session d’une durée définie par vous, allant de 1 à 99 minutes.
- la jauge de respiration vous indique à chaque fois qu’il faut inspirer et expirer (visuellement et par une vibration et/ou une tonalité - options dans les paramètres de l’application). Vous pouvez choisir le mode de respiration en nb de respirations par minute ou en temps (X secondes d’inspiration + X secondes d’expiration)
- en cours d’exercice, il vous est possible de consulter à tout moment l’écran secondaire
- à la fin de la durée de la session, l’exercice est enregistré (ou non - option dans les settings) en tant que fichier FIT sous l’intitulé « Relax HR » et donc consultable sur votre profil Connect. Cependant, si vous ne souhaitez pas aller jusqu’à la fin de la durée programmée, vous pouvez interrompre à tout moment en cours d’exercice par appui sur la touche START: il vous est alors proposé d’annuler ou de reprendre la session.
- l’écran secondaire (accessible par appui sur le bouton DOWN) synthétise les informations avec, en haut de l’écran, un balancier indiquant la tendance depuis le départ de l’exercice (à la baisse, stable ou à la hausse), les FC au départ et à la fin de la session, ainsi que l’écart réalisé (en cours et en fin d’exercice).
En bas de l’écran, la cohérence cardiaque, qui mesure les écarts entre chaque fréquence cardiaque successive: plus ces écarts sont importants, plus la cohérence est faible, et inversement. Le but de l’exercice étant donc d’atteindre la plus forte cohérence possible !

Le menu est accessible par appui sur la touche UP (ou un swipe écran UP ou DOWN pour les modèles tactiles), il donne accès à la modification de la couleur de fond (noire ou blanche), la durée de la session, le nombre de respirations, le degré de précision du calcul de la cohérence cardiaque et toutes les autres options (mode de respiration, couleur de la jauge, etc)
Les paramètres de l’application vous permettront de choisir ces valeurs, ainsi que la couleur de la jauge de respiration, les vibrations oui/non, les tonalités oui/non ainsi qu’un large choix de tonalités.

Vous quittez l’application par appui sur le bouton BACK.

JMG-APP Relax HR Coherence

An application that allows you to relax by lowering your heart rate by defined breathing phases.
It also makes it possible to check its cardiac coherence, which measures the deviations between each successive frequency.
The higher the coherence, the more inner calm, the feebler the inner agitation.
This technique is increasingly used by athletes before a competition or a sporting event in order to be better prepared for it.

The app also calculates the average Respiratory Sinus Arrhythmia (RSA) for the exercise, and store all the RSA to obtain your average RSA all over your exercices.

Principle of the application: starting from an initial heart rate and tending to a lower frequency at the end of the exercise, in the form of relaxing breathing.
- the display shows the heart rate at the start of the application and, on the right, the current frequency. You can start the exercise at any time by pressing START
- by pressing START, you start the session with a duration defined by you, ranging from 1 to 99 minutes.
- the breathing gauge tells you each time you have to breathe in and out (visually and by vibration and / or tone - options in the application settings). You can choose the breathing by number of breaths per minute or by time (X seconds of inhalation + X seconds of exhalation)
- during the exercise, it is possible to consult at any time the secondary screen
- at the end of the session, the exercise is saved (or not - settings option) as a FIT file under the label "Relax HR" and therefore available on your Connect profile. However, if you do not want to go to the end of the programmed duration, you can interrupt it at any time during the exercise by pressing the START key: you are then offered to cancel or resume the session.
- the secondary screen (accessible by pressing the DOWN button) summarizes the information with a pendulum at the top of the screen indicating the trend since the start of the exercise (downward, steady or upward) The HR at the beginning and at the end of the session, as well as the difference between these two moments.
At the bottom of the screen, the cardiac coherence, which measures the deviations between each successive heart rate: the larger the deviations, the lower the coherence and vice versa. The aim of the exercise is therefore to achieve the greatest possible coherence !

You can enter the menu by pressing the UP key (or a swipe UP or DOWN screen for touchscreens), it gives access to the modification of the background color (black or white), the duration of the session, the number of breaths, the degree of precision of cardiac coherence calculation and all the other options (breath mode, breath color, etc)
The parameters of the application will allow you to choose these values, as well as the color of the breathing gauge, vibrations yes / no, tones yes / no and a wide choice of tones.

You quit the application by pressing the BACK button.
