Name: HRV+ (old version)
Rating: 5 (2 reviews)
Author: DreamDoc

Run a 3-minute HRV test directly on your Garmin and understand the result in the context of your personal health history.

HRV+ measures:
• HRV / RMSSD
• Mean heart rate
• Signal quality
• Movement during measurement

The standard test takes only 3 minutes.
Use it for:
• Morning HRV and readiness checks
• Recovery after training
• Before and after breathing or meditation
• Testing recovery routines and interventions
• Tracking changes during stress, illness or unusual fatigue

More than a single HRV number:
A single HRV result has limited meaning without context.
When connected to DreamDoc, HRV+ measurements become timestamped events inside your longitudinal Garmin health data.

Your HRV session can be interpreted alongside changes in:
• overnight HRV
• resting heart rate
• sleep
• stress
• respiration
• activity and workouts
• personal physiological baselines

This makes it possible to look beyond:
“What is my HRV?”
and start asking:
“What changed, and what was happening around it?”

Measurement modes:
Morning HRV
Quick measurement for your daily physiological state.
Post-workout
Check recovery after training.
Intervention testing
Run HRV measurements around breathing, meditation, recovery routines or other interventions.
Longer HRV sessions
3, 5, 10 and 20-minute measurement options depending on the session type.

Your data, over time
Optional synchronization with DreamDoc lets you build longitudinal history instead of losing every measurement as an isolated number.

HRV+ is free to download and use on compatible Garmin devices.
Measure deliberately. Compare over time. Understand what changes.
