Pace, HR information and Time are displayed, which may be useful for your Long Slow Distance training.

(1) HR information
HR is presented by bar-graph which is classified by HR zone colors.
HR zone levels and their colors can be changed.
Default setting is as following,
   0 - 109  Gray
 100 - 129  Blue
 130 - 149  Dark Blue
 150 - 159  Yellow
 160 - 169  Red
 170 -      Black
(2) Pace
Current pace is displayed.(min/km)
(3) Time or Elapsed Time or Distance
You can select Time or Elapsed Time or Distance for this field.
Default is 'Time.'

Long Slow Distance Monitor

Long Slow Distance 向けにペース、心拍数などの情報を表示します。

(1) 心拍グラフ
心拍数をグラフで表示します。グラフは心拍数のゾーンによって表示色が変わります。
各ゾーンの心拍数領域および表示色は設定を変更することがきます。
初期状態は以下です。
    0 - 109  グレー
  110 - 129 ブルー
  130 - 149 ダーク・ブルー
  150 - 159 黄色
  160 - 169 赤
  179 - 　　黒
(2) ペース
ペースを分/Kmで表示します。
(3) 時間、経過時間、距離のいずれか
時間（h:mm:ss）、経過時間（h:mm:ss）、距離（Km）のいずれかを表示します。
どの項目を表示するかは設定で変更できます。
