500 STRONG combines bold digital time with gold accents, eight configurable statistics and a real seven-day steps chart.

Completely free. No purchase, activation code, Athlete World account or subscription is required. Install from Connect IQ and customize the watch face in its Settings.

Features:
- Large white-and-gold digital time.
- Eight independently configurable data fields: steps, battery, heart rate, calories, distance, elevation, running VO2 max, recovery hours or off.
- Seven-day steps history, with an option to hide the bars.
- Sunrise and sunset from Garmin weather-location data.
- Bluetooth, notifications and Do Not Disturb indicators.
- System, 12-hour and 24-hour time; six date formats.
- Calendar in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Polish. Metric labels and menus are in English.
- Optional Full AOD on supported AMOLED devices: the complete layout and selected data remain visible in a dimmed view. Select "Full AOD - all information" in Always On display settings. Clock-only options remain available; MIP low-power behavior is unchanged.
- Long-press shortcuts to supported native complications.

Metric availability and touch shortcuts depend on your watch. Recovery is shown in hours, not as a score. Running VO2 max requires an available Garmin profile value. Distance is daily activity distance, not running-only distance. Missing readings or history are shown as gaps or --. Sunrise and sunset require supported Garmin weather services and a weather location; they may be unavailable on older models. The face does not start GPS.

Images are simulator screenshots; the main preview uses illustrative values. Colors, gold gradients and fine detail vary with screen resolution and palette, especially on MIP displays.
