Pull-Up challenges! Track your progress and compete with friends. Default leaderboard can be changed from the global leaderboard to an unlisted leaderboard group you share with your friends. See who the leader is for the week, month, and year! Check your log to see your progress over time. Can you get to 100 pull-ups in a day? Check your leaderboard on your phone or computer.

Edit the group name either on the phone ConnectIQ app or on the watch. On the watch, to reset the group name more quickly on touch screen watches, tap on the group name.

Pull-up log page shows the last week's daily rep totals and the suggested total for the day. Pressing down shows the last 52 week totals and down again shows the montly totals. 

When the leaderboard is first opened, you have an opportunity to enter your initials or 3 letter callsign. You can edit these any time from the settings menu. Press start from the leaderboard page to open the leaderboard on your phone.

Set the custom goal to 0 for automatic, increasing over time goals. Set reminder times to midnight to turn off. Touchscreen watches allow you to touch the title of the reminder/goal page to reset.
