Log your strength training workouts directly from your wrist. Kilo syncs with a companion Android app to bring your workout routines to your Garmin watch, letting you track sets, reps, and weights without pulling out your phone.

How It Works

Send your routine via the Android companion app and your routine appears on your watch via Bluetooth. Each exercise displays target sets, reps, and weights. Tap an exercise to begin logging, enter your actual reps and weight using the intuitive numeric keypad, and hit Done. Your data syncs back to your phone in real-time.

- Heart Rate Display - See your current heart rate during rest periods and while entering sets, helping you gauge recovery before your next set
- Garmin Activity Integration - Creates a native Garmin strength activity so your workout appears in Garmin Connect with proper duration and heart rate data
