SaunaGray – Sauna Tracker for Garmin

Track sauna sessions on your watch with live temperature and heart rate, multi-round support, and safety alerts. Syncs to Garmin Connect and Strava.

HOW TO USE (5-button: Fenix, Epix, Forerunner):
• Idle: Top-right = start | Lower-right = exit
• Session: Top-right or Lower-right = end session → cooling (on-screen hints: "COOL" / "END")
• Cooling: Top-right = next session ("NEXT") | Lower-right = end activity → summary ("END")
• Summary: Middle (SELECT) = save | Lower-right = discard

To finish and save: end session → cooling → Lower-right → Summary → Middle to save.

• New Sport Type setting: pick how the activity is saved in Garmin Connect — Auto (Meditation), Meditation, Yoga, Training, or Generic.
• Temperature is now recorded as a time-series, so Garmin Connect shows a sauna-temperature chart next to the heart rate chart.
• Clearer on-screen button hints during a sauna round ("COOL" / "END") and during cooling ("NEXT" / "END"), making it easier to tell apart "new round" from "end activity".
