Sailing or yachting, cruise navigation with waypoints, routing, MOB function, anchor alarm, maps, and your glycemia (if you have Xdrip or NightScout).

THE BUTTONS
•	Menu is accessible with a long press on Page Up button 
•	Switch between screens with Page Up and Page Down  buttons
•	MOB (Man Over Board) 2 short press on Page Down
•	Exit application with ESC button (not for olds models like F3, for those you have to use the Menu button = long press on Page Up)

THE DIFFERENTS SCREENS
There are some different screens, you can switch with the back button (except for anchor screen). Sometime screen are not displaying (for example waypoint screen is only visible when you have choose a waypoint to follow). And some other screens can be hidden with the menu.

- Screen Cruise 
- Screen waypoint or routing, only visible if you have choosen a waypoint or route
- Screen maps (if activated and not for old watches)
- Screen wind, (if activated) 
- Screen navigation infos (lap, or trip), if activated
- Screen GPS  (if activated)  : GPS position in decimal and in Degree Minute Seconds, and pressure
- Screen Timer (if activated). This is a regatta timer
- Anchor screen : this screen is activated only with the menu (long press on Page Up). Once activated, you have to deactivate with menu also. When activated, your position zero is recorded and an alarm happen when you are over the distance set with Menu-setting-anchor alarm distance. On this screen you see the actual distance to the zero position. You can adjust the anchor alarm distance with with + (PageUp) and - (PageDown). 

THE WAYPOINTS
The app can manage up to 80 waypoints (30 only for old watch models like F3 and FR235).
You can load your GPX file of waypoints and routes with “GPX Sailing waypoint” app on Android, and “r.485” app on iOS (see above, companion app). On Android, you can also export your waypoints from the watch-app to your phone with the phone-app.
You can modify waypoints and routes with the same app, or in the app parameters with Garmin Connect. In this case, you must respect the format : "Name;latitude;longitude" Example : Key Biscayne;25.698;-80.146

ROUTING - not for old watch models like F3 and FR235
You can make and follow your route. When you run it, you can see the route screen. Be careful, routing does not take into account obstacles or mapping. Route is in a straight line between your steps. This is not a navigation software.

THE MENU (accessible with a long press on Page Up button)
The menu gives access to:
-	Waypoints and route 
-       Start or Stop Alarm Anchor 
-	reset infos lap
-      choose the screens to show or hide :
•	Map
•	Wind
•	Timer
•	Infos lap
•	Infos trip
•	Infos GPS

-	- Settings, with :
•	color background Black/white,
•	set distance for anchor alarm,
•	set distance for alert when reaching the waypoint,
•	display VMG or ETE in waypoint screen
•	see or hide the date on cruise screen
