The simplified AOD keeps the time easy to read while reducing illuminated pixels and unnecessary drawing. It follows the selected time format and theme, uses efficient low-power updates and shifts position on devices that require burn-in protection.

GOALS, PROGRESS & LAYOUT

Data fields can be paired with visual goals using independent start, end and remaining-track colors, or colors linked to their matching indicator. Generated designs choose goal graphics by metric meaning, limit complex graphics for readability and memory efficiency, and adapt compatible devices automatically.

TIME & DATE

Choose Follow Device, 12-hour or 24-hour time. Supported date, day name and secondary time information can use their own colors.

COMPATIBILITY & EFFICIENCY

Device-aware checks prevent unsupported metrics from causing errors. Compatible on-watch menus hide choices when the required Garmin API is unavailable; unavailable sensor data safely falls back instead of interrupting the watch face.
