### Description
TS Cadence Coach helps you hold a target cadence (180 spm by default) while you run. It works with the watch alone, no extra sensor needed.

■ Screen
- Top gauge: target ±2 is the green band at 12 o'clock (11 to 1 o'clock, range values such as 178 / 182 at its ends), slower to the left (red), faster to the right (blue)
- Big cadence without unit in the state colour (green on target, orange-red slow, blue fast)
- One tip line: Quick short arms / Light quick feet / Stride X.XX m / uphill, downhill / praise
- Stride (speed ÷ cadence, measured when a sensor is present) and heart rate
- On AMOLED watches: 3D bands, glowing number and glass panels (MIP watches get the same layout, drawn flat)

■ Alerts
- Below target (5-second average) for 10 seconds: big message for 3 seconds + one vibration, then every 30 seconds while still slow. Above target is shown on screen only (blue), no buzz
- No alerts in the first minute of the activity; a short vibration when you are back on target after an alert
- No judging while walking, stopped or auto-paused
- The app records whether a rhythm tip raised your cadence and shows the tips that work for you first

■ How to use
1. Running activity - Settings - Data Screens - a one-field layout - Connect IQ - TS Cadence Coach.
2. Pick a target mode in the phone settings: fixed 180 (default) / step up (start at 175, +1 next run when you hold it, up to 180) / fixed 185 / 190.
3. Start the timer and run.

■ Garmin Connect fields
- Target cadence reached (%) — share of running time at or above the target
- Target cadence (spm)
- Avg cadence minus target (spm)
- Avg stride (m)
- Rhythm tip success (%) — share of rhythm tips this run that raised your cadence
- Cadence minus target (chart, spm)
- Lap target reached (% per lap)

■ Settings (Connect IQ phone app)
Target mode, vibrate on coaching alerts, alerts on other data screens (off by default), language (auto / 8 languages)

■ Notes
- The cadence target is a general guide; raise your cadence gradually.
