• VIBRASJONER: Klokken vil vibrere hvert andre sekund om du løper for sakte (i "rød" sone) og hvert fjerde sekund om du løper for raskt (i "blå" sone). Dette er justerbart i settings
• TALL: Klokken viser antall sekunder du er foran eller bak skjema
• LYS: Tallet vil være grønt når du er innenfor grønn sone (på skjema), rødt når du er bak skjema og blått når du er foran skjema. Tallet vil være negativt om du er bak skjema.

Under økten skal du ikke behøve å se ned på klokken for å vite at du holder rett hastighet.

Lightpacer bruker GPS, fotpod eller Garmin's innebygde måler for å kalkulere distanse og vil ikke være mer korrekt enn dette. STRYD fodpod er et godt valg for å måle distanse.

HOVEDSKJERM
Åpningsbildet viser sist valgte økt. Trykk på [START/STOPP]-knappen for å sette i gang ny økt.

• [OPP]-knappen: Veksler mellom fem ulike økter. Hver økt kan tilpasses og bli lagret
• [START/STOPP]-knappen: Starter en ny økt
• [NED]-knappen/[MENY]: Viser meny for å endre aktuell økt
  For økt basert på distanse:
    • Set distance: Angi lengden på økta i km
    • Set end time: Angi ønsket slutt-tid
    • Set neg. split: Angi ønsket negativ splitt
    • Set speed km/h: Angi hastighet i km/t
    • Set speed min/km: Angi hastighet i minutter pr km
    • Choose distance: Velg løpsdistanse
    • Switch to duration: Endre økten til å være en økt basert på tid
  For økt basert på tid:
    • Set duration: Angi lengden på økt i tid
    • Set speed km/h: Angi hastighet i km/t
    • Set speed min/km: Angi hastighet i minutter pr km
    • Switch to distance: Endre økten til å være en økt basert på distanse

Ønsket tid: For distanser opp til 10km settes tiden i minutter og sekunder. For distanser over 10km settes timer, minutter og sekunder.
Negativ split: Negativ splitt angir hvor mye raskere andre halvdel av distansen skal gå. Angis i minutter og sekunder.

AKTIV ØKT SKJERM
Tall: Det store tallet i midten indikerer hvordan du ligger an i forhold til skjema. Et negativt tall angir antall sekunder du er bak skjema og positivt tall viser antall sekunder du er foran skjema. Er tallet 0 løper du helt etter skjema. 
Lys: Tallet er grønt når du er innenfor den grønne sonen. Tallet vil bli rødt dersom du er bak skjema og blått dersom du er foran skjema.
Vibrering:  Klokken vi begynne å vibrere annethvert sekund dersom du er i rød sone (bak skjema), og hvert fjerde sekund dersom du i blå sone (foran skjema). Der er mulig å slå av og på vibrering underveis ved å tykke på [NED]-knappen ([ESC]-knappen for FR630).

• [START/STOPP]-knappen: Avslutter økten. Skjermen viser avlagt distanse og avlagt tid. Trykk på nytt for å fortsette samme økt
• [LAP]-knappen: Angir pause mellom to drag i samme økt. Et pausebilde vises

PAUSE-SKJERM
Pause mellom drag. En timer viser lengden på pause og antall faktiske drag (ikke medregnet pauser)

• [LAP]-knappen: Starter nytt drag. Skjermbildet går tilbake til å vise nytt drag i samme økt
• [START/STOPP]-knappen: Stopper økta. Viser oppsummering av økten.
• [OPP]-knappen: Øk pace med 1 sekund (Swipe opp for FR630)
• [NED]-knappen: Senk pace med 1 sekund (Swipe ned for FR630)

OPPSUMMERINGSSKJERM
• [LAP]-knappen: Meny for å lagre eller forkaste økten. Du kommer da tilbake til hovedskjermen.

Lightpacer

Lightpacer continuously tracks your time and distance and simulates "wavelights" through vibration to indicate if your pace is outside the "green" zone.

• VIBRATIONS: The watch will vibrate every two seconds if you are running too slow ("red" zone) and every four seconds if you are running too fast (“blue” zone).
• NUMBERS: The watch will show the number of seconds you are off schedule. 
• LIGHTS: The number will stay green if you are within the green zone (on schedule), red if you are behind schedule and blue if you are ahead of schedule. If red, a negative number will appear.
 
During competition or training you should not need to look at your Garmin watch.
 
Lightpacer uses GPS, footpod or Garmin's built-in meter to calculate distance. It is as accurate as the GPS, footpod or Garmin's built-in meter allows. STRYD footpod is a good choice for measuring distance.

MAIN SCREEN
The opening screen shows distance and time last selected.

• [UP]-button: Toggles between five different sessions. Each session can be customized by pressing the menu ([LAP]-button on FR630) and will be stored
• [START/STOP]-button: Start a new session
• [DOWN] / [MENU]-button: Displays a menu to change current session
  For sessions based on distance:
    • Set distance: Enter the length of the session in km
    • Set end time: Enter the desired end time
    • Set negative split: Enter the desired negative split
    • Set speed km/h: Enter speed in km per hour
    • Set speed min/km: Enter speed in minutes per km
    • Choose distance: Choose a race distance
    • Switch to duration: Change the session to a session based on time
  For sessions based on time:
    • Set duration: Set the length of the session in minutes and seconds
    • Set speed km/h: Enter speed in km pr hour
    • Set speed min/km: Enter speed in minutes per km
    • Switch to distance: Change the session to a session based on distance
 
Desired time: Select the desired end time. For distances shorter than the half marathon, time is set in minutes and seconds. For half and full marathons hours, minutes and seconds are set. 
Negative split: If you want to run with a negative split. Specify in minutes and seconds. Negative split indicates how much faster the second half of the race should go.

RACE SCREEN
Numbers: The large number in the middle of the screen indicates if you are on track. Negative numbers indicate the number of seconds you are behind schedule and positive numbers indicate the number of seconds you are ahead of schedule. If the number is zero, you are running according to schedule. 
Lights: The number is green when you are on schedule in the green zone. The number will turn red if you are behind schedule and blue if you are ahead of schedule (outside the green zone).
Vibrations: The watch will vibrate every two seconds when in red zone (behind schedule), and every four seconds when in blue zone (ahead of schedule). Vibration can be switched on and off along the way by pressing the [DOWN]-button ([ESC]-button on FR630).

• [START/STOP]-button: Ends the session. The race ends and the screen displays the elapsed distance and time. Press [START/STOPP]-button again to continue the same session/lap
• [LAP]-button: Starts a pause between two laps. The screen shows a timer for the pause. Press again to start a new lap in the same session.

PAUSE SCREEN
A timer displays the duration of the pause and number of actual laps (pauses not included)

• [LAP]-button: Starts a new lap. The screen returns to the race-screen
• [START/STOP]-button: Ends the session. Displays the summary screen
• [UP]-button: Increase pace with 1 second (swipe up for FR630)
• [DOWN]-button: Decrease pace with 1 second (swipe down for FR630)

SUMMARY SCREEN
• [LAP] / [ESC]-button: Shows the menu for saving or discarding the session
