WHAT IT DOES
Log club speed, ball speed, and carry distance swing by swing, directly on your wrist. The app stores up to 1,500 swings in a ring buffer, continuously comparing your last 500 and 1,500 swings to track long-term progress. Every stat screen updates in under a second — no waiting, no lag.

SWING SPEED IQ
Your personal composite score (0–100) across 5 dimensions: speed level vs your handicap benchmark, long-term trend across sessions, training frequency, effort vs your all-time best, and dominant/non-dominant ratio. One number tells you exactly how your training is going.

GUIDED PROTOCOL
Built-in SuperSpeed Golf and Speed Toad protocols (L1 through L5 + Maintenance, Basic + Advanced) with automatic level progression after 16–18 sessions. The watch tracks your current step, reps remaining, rest countdown, and drill type (Standing, Step-Change, Kneeling, Heel-Stomp, Double-Step, Sprint, Happy Gilmore).
