Fartlek training with automatic lap splits so you can review every fast and slow interval in Garmin Connect after your run.

Set your warm-up, fast interval range, slow interval range, and cool-down time before each session. The app randomly varies each interval within your chosen range. A lap marker is triggered at every phase transition giving you a full split breakdown.
