IMPORTANT: HOW TO SET UP AND CONFIGURE YOUR APP
Part 1: Adding the Data Field to Your Watch
A data field must be added to an activity screen manually. Here's how:
Install the app via the Connect IQ Store on your phone and sync your watch.
On your watch, hold the menu button and go to: Settings -  Activities & Apps.
Select the Run activity (or any running-based activity).
Select Data Screens, then choose a screen to edit (or add a new one).
Set the Layout to a 1-field layout. Our data field draws its own 4-quadrant screen.
Select the field, choose the Connect IQ category, and select Pace & Power.

Part 2: Configuring Weight and Wind for Best Accuracy
You must set your weight and wind conditions in the Garmin Connect app on your phone.
Open the Garmin Connect app on your phone.
Go to the 'More' tab (bottom right).
Tap on your Garmin Device at the top of the screen.
Select 'Activities, Apps & More'.
Select 'Data Fields', then find and tap on 'Pace & Power'.
Tap on 'Settings'.
Here you can set your weight and the current wind conditions for the most accurate power reading. Adjust both weight fields for 1kg precision.
