Enjoy real-time feedbacks on the amount of energy that you to have to produce high intensity effort such as attacks, sprints, or time-trials. This life bar is the ultimate tool to pace your effort or save energy to prepare a violent acceleration. It is based on the power delivered all along the session and it therefore takes the fatigue into account. During intense efforts, the life bar depletes while it recharges when you go at an easier pace. To work, this requires the use of a POWER METER. 

This is based on a variant of the physiological model called W’-CP model, used to estimate the maximal power you can deliver as a function of the effort duration. Being able to know your high-intensity reserve W’ and your critical power CP allows us determining your energy balance at any time with accuracy. This energy balance is then normalised to generate a life bar.
