Author: Ruckaroo

Rucking isn't walking. Your watch's walk mode ignores the 30 lb on your back. Ruckaroo doesn't.

Pick your terrain and set your pack weight on the watch, hit start, and ruck. When you finish, you get your Ruck Score and badge tier, plus calories that count your pack, terrain and grade (based on the Pandolf equation the US Army has used since 1977).

ON YOUR WRIST
- Setup in seconds: outdoor or treadmill, terrain (flat, incline, decline, trail, sand, gravel) and pack weight, remembered for next time
- Live time, distance, pace, heart rate and pack-adjusted calories
- Heart-rate zones page and elevation gain/loss
- Treadmill mode with belt speed and incline
- Pause, resume and an end confirmation, so a stray press never ends your ruck
- Your Ruck Score and badge tier revealed at the finish: Stroll, Trek, Charge, Assault or Siege
- Saved to Garmin Connect as an activity
- Designed for round, square and Instinct screens

IN THE FREE RUCKAROO APP (iPhone and Android)
- Every ruck syncs automatically with its route, heart-rate zones and Pack Boost
- Monthly challenges, patches, streaks and training plans
- Join a Mob and ruck with friends

Your ruck is saved on the watch before it syncs, so it isn't lost if your phone is out of range.

Requires the free Ruckaroo app and Garmin Connect on your phone.
